Guest policy
We invite you to share your Club experience with family, friends, clients, and coworkers. There is no limit to the number of guests you can bring to the Club, or restriction on how often, as long as you accompany your guests. If you are planning to bring a large group to the Club please ensure that you have made a reservation with our restaurants team or or booked a private function space through our Catering department.
Members' guests are required to be with the member at all times and comply with House Rules.
All guests are subject to a drop-in fee at the Fitness Centre. The drop-in guest charge is waived for members' spouse or common-law partner on the weekends only. Members' children under 19 are always free to use the Fitness Centre with them.
Dress Code
Unless otherwise specified, the Club, with the exception of the fitness centre, has a minimum dress code of
smart casual
. Smart casual includes collared shirts, including golf shirts, blouses, golf or knee length shorts, khakis, and solid coloured denim. T-shirts without large logos or slogans are permitted provided they are worn with a sports jacket. All footwear must be clean and smart. Casual footwear is not permitted outside of the Fitness Centre. Hats and denim with fading, rips or tears are not permitted.
Electronic devices
Text messaging and emailing is permitted but all ringtones and notifications must be set to silent.
Phone and video calls are prohibited except in lobby areas, hall areas, private function rooms, Cuv

e, the Business Centre, and the designated phone booth on the second floor. Speakerphone calls are not permitted; please use headphones or earbuds.
